Digital X-ray System for Testing Tyres
The tire X-ray detection system consists of a high-frequency X-ray machine, an X-ray digital detector, a tire detection mechanical device, a computer image processing system, a control device, and a lead protection room.
This system can detect tires, sidewalls, beads, crowns, cords, straps, metal wires, etc., and can detect various impurities mixed in them.
Scope of Application
Non destructive testing of tire defects in cars, medium duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and aircraft. According to the type of tire, it can be divided into: online automatic tire detection; Regenerated tire testing; Giant tire inspection.
