Tire and Wheel Hub X-ray Inspection System
The tire and wheel hub X-ray detection system consists of a high-frequency X-ray machine, X-ray image intensifier, wheel hub detection mechanical device, computer image processing system, control device, and lead protection room. This system can quickly and accurately detect defects such as air holes, cracks, and looseness in various parts of the wheel hub.

Tire X-ray Inspection System
● It consists of a high-frequency X-ray machine, X-ray image sensor, tire detection specialized mechanical device, computer image processing system, control device, and lead protection room.
● The system can detect tires, sidewalls, beads, crowns, cords, straps, metal wires, etc., and can detect various impurities mixed in them.
Scope of application:
Non destructive testing of tire defects in cars, medium duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and aircraft. According to the type of tire, it can be divided into: online automatic tire detection; Regenerated tire testing; Giant tire inspection.
