Product Introduction

Specially designed for metal detectors in baked food. Especially suitable for food safety inspections with high sugar and salt content, this model is developed and produced by our company based on years of experience in metal detector research and development. We have launched a new generation of microcomputer intelligent high sensitivity, high reliability touch screen interface metal detector. The product adopts a dual circuit design, with more stable performance. New 5-inch large blue LCD touch screen with bilingual menu design, making operation more convenient and user-friendly. This all metal detection instrument can detect metals such as iron and non-ferrous metals, with adjustable sensitivity and a memory function that can preset 9 detection substances. It has good exclusion ability for products with sugar and moisture content and frozen products, breaking through the technical bottleneck of most equipment that only responds sensitively to magnetic substances. The detector adopts sound and light alarms, automatic elimination, shutdown, and rewinding functions, user-friendly menu, and touch screen operation. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, rust resistant, and easy to clean. Therefore, it is widely used for detecting metals in high demand objects such as food, medicine, toys, etc.

1. The combination of new analog circuits and digital circuits greatly improves product reliability and intelligence.

2. The food metal detector is composed of a new type of touch screen input and large-scale integrated circuit. The CPU completes the collection of analog signals and converts them into digital quantities for processing and output, automatically retrieving the metal content of the detected substance, greatly improving the sensitivity and reliability of detection.

3. Adopting a user-friendly interface design, the entire operation process is simple and intuitive, and the human-machine interface is clear at a glance. All functions can be directly operated on the screen to complete the executed functions.

4. Sensitivity: divided into levels, adjustable to increase or decrease (1-9 levels adjustable).

5. When trace metals are detected, the sound, light, and instrument will alarm simultaneously, and the unqualified products will automatically return to the stopped state.

This product adopts a computer control system, which can complete the statistics of the number of detected substances, the classification and statistics of qualified and unqualified products, and the separation of multiple devices that work simultaneously and cause mutual interference according to the user's special requirements
