ABNMTECH Food Metal Detection Machine

Food metal detection machines are currently mainly used in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, and health product industry. The main function is to detect and remove metal impurities mixed in the product during the production process. Once the metal impurities enter the magnetic field area, the food metal detection machine can detect the presence of metal impurities and generate an alarm signal. The system will automatically remove the metal impurities based on the alarm signal, thereby improving product quality, increasing production efficiency, and protecting the enterprise brand and consumers.

Usually, a food metal foreign object detection machine consists of two parts, namely a metal foreign object detection machine and an automatic removal device, with the detector as the core part.

There are three sets of coils distributed inside the detector, namely the central transmitting coil and two equivalent receiving coils. The high-frequency variable magnetic field is generated by the oscillating metal foreign object detection machine connected to the middle transmitting coil. When the food metal detection machine is idle, the induced voltages of the two receiving coils cancel each other out before the magnetic field is disturbed, reaching a balanced state.

Once metal impurities enter the magnetic field area and the magnetic field is disturbed, this balance is broken, and the induced voltage of the two receiving coils cannot be cancelled out. The un cancelled induced voltage is amplified and processed by the control system, and the food metal detection machine generates an alarm signal (detecting metal impurities). The system can use this alarm signal to drive automatic removal devices, etc., to remove metal impurities from the production line.
