The use of food metal detectors in the production process can detect metal foreign objects mixed in during the process, such as screws and nuts on production equipment, tool fragments, metal dust generated during operations, rust, metal tool fragments, staples, worker's accessories, and sewing needles.

Food metal detectors can avoid the effects caused by packaging materials affecting the detection effect, thereby improving the effective utilization rate of packaging materials. Especially when using aluminum packaging or when adding deoxidizers, testing should be carried out at this stage as much as possible.

The production line is designed to allow the tested object to pass vertically.

Testing after individual packaging can achieve high sensitivity. It should be noted that metal detectors specifically designed for aluminum plated packaging should be used for detecting products with aluminum plated packaging, and metal detectors specifically designed for aluminum foil packaging should be used for detecting products with aluminum foil packaging.

Metal testing before shipment can detect nuts or screws that may have been mixed in after the individual production line.
