The desktop CT μ CT system is based on computed tomography technology and can generate three-dimensional volume data for 2D and 3D detection. It has functions such as automatic defect detection, non-destructive measurement, material analysis, and reverse engineering. This system is ideal for detecting metals, ceramics, rock cores, complex castings, plastic parts, automotive accessories, jewelry, new materials, and semiconductors.

Desktop CT μ CT main functions

● Multiple detection methods, including cone beam CT scanning and DR real-time imaging, are used to obtain tomographic images ranging from tens to thousands of layers in one scan based on the size of the detected workpiece.

● X-ray source, suitable for detecting small objects.

● Can be placed on the desktop, occupying a small space.

● Imaging methods include 2D and 3D.

● It has the functions of defect and pore analysis, as well as defining the area of the tested workpiece.

● Use different colors to identify and detect defect volume, location, and size.

● Analyze defect size and statistics, calculate the total percentage of pores, and generate a histogram of pore volume.

● Analyze wall thickness: Mark the analysis results with different colors.

● Measurement tools: measure parameters such as workpiece position, distance, radius, angle, etc.

● Reverse engineering: CAD design and physical comparison.
